Murdered “PH” driver Nigel Huggins was stabbed 18 times, according to an autopsy performed yesterday at the Forensic Science Centre, Port-of -Spain. Huggins, 29, of Cumuto Road, Barrackpore, was hijacked by three passengers while plying his car for hire on Saturday.

Justice Minister Herbert Volney returns to work tomorrow. Volney confirmed this yesterday while recuperating at home after he was hospitalised last week. He said he was getting over the flu with the help of antibiotics and rest. However, he said he would be returning to work tomorrow.
