First Citizens ends higher at $34.99

Overall market activity resulted from trading in nine securities of which one advanced, four declined and four traded firm.

Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 28,527 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $1,287,111.11.

Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited was the volume leader with 12,750 shares changing hands for a value of $101,362.50, followed by Republic Financial Holdings Limited with a volume of 9,747 shares being traded for $1,000,581.11.

First Citizens Bank Limited contributed 2,780 shares with a value of $97,275.40, while T&T NGL Limited added 1,774 shares valued at $51,623.40.

First Citizens Bank Limited enjoyed the day’s sole price increase, climbing $0.08 to end the day at $34.99. Conversely, Clico Investment Fund registered the day’s largest decline, falling $0.21 to close at $20.19. It was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 13,900 shares valued at $280,604.80.

In Friday’s trading session the following reflect the movement of the TTSE Indices:

• The Composite Index declined by 0.80 points (0.06 per cent) to close at 1,241.49.

• The All T&T Index advanced by 0.39 points (0.02 per cent) to close at 1,721.59.

• The Cross Listed Index declined by 0.28 points (0.27 per cent) to close at 102.40.
