E-IDCOT appoints new CEO
A new Chief Executive Officer has been appointed to the Eco-Industrial Development Company of Tobago (E-IDCOT) Ltd. in the form of Lois Leslie.
The E-IDCOT is the firm that manages the Cove Eco-Industrial Business Park, Lowlands, Tobago.
In a release, the E-IDCOT endorsed Leslie's appointment calling it a clear reflection of the company's quest, "To strengthen the platform for growth and development of the Tobago business sector whilst also enabling an environment for diversification."
Leslie was said to have crafted a career which boasts of core competencies in the areas of Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Education, Training and Property Matters.
Having been exposed to the North American environment as she worked and studied abroad before returning to T&T, the release said Leslie possessed a global perspective in business, diversity, development and change.
Leslie also serves as the Deputy Chairman, Tobago Festivals Commission.
The E-IDCOT added that it was confident Leslie will be able to take the organisation forward as they work to develop and diversify Tobago's economy.
